My daughter and I were excited to see Splash N’Boots live as we had seen some of their videos before and really liked them.

The Centre in the Square was the great spot for this concert.  Held in the Studio, an intimate theater within the large building, even had an area for dancing and fun right in front of the stage.

Everyone will enjoy Centre in the Square for concert and events.Convenient parking, in-house snack counters and ample, helpful staff contribute to the flow of ease when attending a concert here. The venue is beautifully decorated with great sound and no bad seats in the ho02_CITS_logo_Horizontal_onBLACK_RGBuse!

Centre in the Square is a top notch venue that pulls in some pretty amazing events. Such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dream Coat (Wed. Jan. 6, 8pm), Swan Lake by the State Ballet Theatre of Russia (Thurs. Feb 4, 7pm) and Chantal Kreviakuk and Raine Maida (Wed. Feb 10, 8pm)….just to name a few.

As for Splash N’ Boots; my daughter immediately went to the front of the theatre to the dance floor.  There I recognized an old friend from my home town ,Thorndale Ontario, sitting on one of the comfy pillows on the floor so I pulled up a pillow for myself. My friend is a HUGE fan of Splash and Boots and this is her 8th concert.  Her daughter has even appeared in 2 of Splash N’ Boots’ videos.  And it turns out Boots, aka Nick Adams, is also from Thorndale!  The concert was super high energy and interactive.  The kids had a fantastic time dancing in front of the stage. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself.!! With the addition of some more grown up content, such as a sing along to Bare Naked Ladies, I had a great time too. I will be returning to the Centre in the Square for more concerts!
